Free Facebook Reels Mockup Generator & Screenshot Maker
The single clearest way to tell a Facebook Reels screenshot from an Instagram one is the reaction: Facebook uses a thumbs up where Instagram uses a heart. Mockups that reuse a generic heart give themselves away instantly. This template rebuilds the Facebook player properly, with its hamburger header, the thumbs up leading the action rail, and the app's own tab bar along the bottom.

How to create your facebook reel
Three steps, all in the browser. Nothing is uploaded to an account and nothing is published anywhere.
- Step 1
Add the cover and creator
Upload a portrait image for the video frame and set the page or creator name. Turn the verification badge on if the scene calls for a verified page; Facebook renders it in its own blue rather than the white check the other players use, which is another small tell worth getting right.
- Step 2
Write the caption and counts
Enter the caption, then set reactions, comments, shares and saves. Facebook Reels routinely carry much larger reaction counts than the other platforms, and the template abbreviates them the way the app does, so a figure like 328794 renders compactly instead of stretching the rail out of shape.
- Step 3
Pick the chrome and export
Choose Android or iPhone, which swaps the status bar and the bottom gesture area to match the device in your scene. Review the caption at export size, then download the PNG. It is a still image of a player, not a video and not a post on any account.
Before you export
Does this publish a Reel to Facebook?
No. The editor creates a still image. It does not log in to Facebook, upload media, or publish anything, and none of the counts come from a real page.
Is the Facebook Reel editor free without Discord?
Yes. Open the template, edit the fields and download a PNG without an account. Discord verification and invite roles are used for the separate Proofs, Fansigns and Videos tools, not for this Social Mockups template.
What is included in the download?
The current preview is rendered as a PNG at 2x pixel density, including the visible fictional label. Uploaded images and text are part of the composition. It is a still design example, not proof of a real account, conversation or interaction.
