Free iOS 6 iMessage Generator - Classic Text Mockup
The old iOS 6 Messages look - glossy blue and green bubbles with a linen-style background - is a nostalgia magnet, used constantly in throwback edits and period-accurate scenes set before the 2013 redesign. This template rebuilds that classic styling rather than the modern flat look.

How to create your ios 6 messages (classic)
Three steps, all in the browser. Nothing is uploaded to an account and nothing is published anywhere.
- Step 1
Set the contact
Enter the contact name. iOS 6 predates dark mode entirely, so there is no appearance switch here on purpose; the template renders the single classic light look the OS shipped with, which is part of what makes it read as genuinely of its era.
- Step 2
Write the conversation
Add each message and mark which are yours. The glossy blue sent bubbles and green SMS bubbles are the defining detail of this era, and they are applied automatically as you toggle sides, along with the rounded, shaded styling Apple used before the 2013 flat redesign.
- Step 3
Export it
Confirm the sender sides and wrapping in the preview, then download the PNG with no account. The conversation is fictional and rendered as a still image; nothing is sent and no real contact is involved, and the look is deliberately the retired classic one.
Before you export
Is this the real old iMessage?
No. It is a still image styled after iOS 6. It does not send messages or connect to any device; it recreates the retired classic look for nostalgia and period scenes.
Is the iOS 6 Messages (Classic) editor free without Discord?
Yes. Open the template, edit the fields and download a PNG without an account. Discord verification and invite roles are used for the separate Proofs, Fansigns and Videos tools, not for this Social Mockups template.
What is included in the download?
The current preview is rendered as a PNG at 2x pixel density, including the visible fictional label. Uploaded images and text are part of the composition. It is a still design example, not proof of a real account, conversation or interaction.
